Freight and Delivery

Orders are processed daily and dispatched within 3-7 working days. Freight rates are calculated based on order value (excluding aerials and fridges) and include handling and insurance. Freight charges are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Australia Post
Australia Post is the most common method for most items as Australia Post has the widest area of service in Australia.

Registered Post
•Limited to parcels under 20kg. There are also height restrictions and where either of these are exceeded, we use TNT Courier Services..
•Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
•Goods will be delivered by Australia Post and a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is able to sign, a note will be left at your premises and goods will be delivered to your local post office for collection.
•A email will be sent upon dispatch with a Tracking Number.

Express Post

•Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
•Goods will be delivered on business days; no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
•Next day delivery is not available to customers outside Australian metro and major regional areas, Perth metro or Darwin.
•Goods will be delivered by Australia Post and a signature is required upon delivery. If no signature is obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your premises and goods will be delivered to your local post office for collection.
•A email will be sent upon dispatch with a Tracking Number.

Heavy items over 20kg will be delivered by TNT. Additional freight charges may apply

Payments

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa and Mastercard (1% surcharge applies). All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You will be kept updated on your order and once it is dispatched you will be notified by email.

Pricing

All product images and descriptions listed are based on information supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, there may be times where product descriptions and prices change or products are withdrawn from sale.
We reserve the right to update or correct product descriptions, change pricing or withdraw a product from sale without notice.

Returns and Refunds

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the product you have purchased is faulty.
You will not be entitled to a refund, if you simply change your mind. This will be at the discretion of Mega Marine and prior approval must be obtained.

MANUFACTURES WARRANTY

All warranty returns must have the warranty card (if applicable) and proof of purchase included in the package.
We may choose to return the product to the manufacturer for repair or to determine the nature of the problem.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
Prior approval must be given before we accept any returns or exchanges.
Returns or exchanged products must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. They must have all the original accessories and in the original box and/or packaging.
Proof of purchase must be included.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you on the outcome. If your return is approved, we will refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items and you must ensure your package is insured for freight.
All items must be packaged securely.
We recommend you track and trace your package as we don’t take responsibility for packages not received.
